Shipping Policy

We offer a Flat Rate of $11.95 on orders up to $150 the our shipping if complimentary. 

All of our products are shipped directly from our store in NSW via Australia Post, however because some of our products are classed as flammable we can only offer Road Transport.  All deliveries are sent with postal tracking.  All orders require a signature on delivery*. Someone must be present to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign, your order will be returned to Australia Post for you to collect in person. 

In most cases your order will be processed and shipped immediately on the SAME DAY however due to peak periods and public holidays may take in excess of 48 hours. If we are in a "closed period" you will be notified of excess shipping times.
